1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made on the same day the order is placed and before the design process begins.
- If the design has already been approved and the work has started, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
- Once the final design is delivered and approved, no cancellations will be entertained.
2. Design Review & Modifications
- The initial design will be shown to the customer for review before the work starts.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the design, we will offer to make revisions, usually 1 or 2 rounds of changes.
- Once the design is approved by the customer, no further modifications will be made.
3. Refund Policy
- Once the design has been approved and delivered, no refunds will be issued unless the design differs significantly from the initial preview shown to the customer.
- If the design is incorrect or does not match the approved preview, a refund may be considered within 7-10 business days after review.
- Refunds will be processed only if the design cannot be repaired or corrected to the satisfaction of the customer.
